Steinway & Sons – Model B (1914)
A beautiful Steinway model B in a walnut case, first delivered to the original owner in 1914 and restored in our Cambridge workshops in 2001.
Restoration was carried out by our expert piano restorers to exacting levels of detail. Replacement parts for this piano were sourced from Steinway and Sons itself with a view to retaining the instrument’s originality.
The great advantage of restoring a Steinway is that the fundamental design has not changed in a hundred years. As a result, we were able to fit a new action to this piano and achieve the touch and feel of a new Steinway.
